Hi everyone I’ve been worried about this theory I’ve heard about called the theory of eternal reoccurrence. It’s a theory that says after we die our energy reoccurs over and over again. It basically means that we would re live the same life over and over again. I’m afraid of this theory being true because I don’t want to live the same life over and over again after I die I want to move on from this life. What can I do to stop feeling afraid?

my theory is that we live each life to learn something new.....when we have finished with that we can move on to whatever awaits

I like that theory more. It sounds better than the theory of eternal reccourence.

I am not sure that this theory is true amongst thousands of different theories. For example reincarnation or your soul going to heaven and waiting till Christ returns etc

However i would not worry about it. I believe when you die your body dies but your consciousness will always be there.
