Hi everyone recently I’ve been feeling afraid of death. I just keep worrying about what will happen after we die. I have some beliefs about what happens after we die but I worry about what If I’m wrong about them.

I believe in heaven

I also believe in heaven. Do you think your fears come from being afraid that heaven doesn't exist or the fear that you won't go there? I also believe in hell. Actually Jesus talked more about hell than he did heaven in the Bible. Some people think that heaven is the place where you go when you die. But I believe that it is the home and reward God is preparing for His children. And that not everyone who dies goes there.

Me either. I read two really good books. Both are called Heaven. One is by Joni Eareckson Tada and the other is by Randy Alcorn. They answered a lot of my questions about the after life.

Yes I had this conversation with my sister today and we were brought up to believe that if your a Christian you go to heaven. But when my Father died of cancer last year my doubts came to the surface. I cannot guarantee that I will go to heaven but being a Christian I feel I have nothing to lose. However If i look at it logically know that the body dies but the consciousness stays she the spirit is released.
