Hi everyone im new ......


I am anyhow all over the place with my feelings i have just lost my husband to a rare form of cancer we had been married just over a year ......


We had been together for almost 7yrs im having a wobble ,doubting and hurting like mad then i go numb


I hate being on my own and feel my right arm has been chopped off......


Sorting a few things out i stumbled over something that was from his past nothing bad and nothing that he hadnt already told me but it makes you reflect on things ,he was with his ex wife for almost 30yrs married for 27 when they broke up eventually he met me and although we had a bumpy beginning we got on so well and i adored him however now hes gone im lost and my mibd has gone on overdrive

How are you doing now? My first year was a fog but you start to do things and it helps. Getting out for walks in nature helped me but it is your grief and it still fresh there's that fog i stated but eventually life comes back as we learn how to cope with the loss. There will always be something that reminds you of them forever but you will find other ways of happiness.(Hugs)
