Hey you guys - how can we have customers when we dont have the restaurant built, the 'team' in place and the food ordered. I am sure once everything is in place, they will be standing in line to get in.
also I heard that there were shed loads of rats about in N?Y looking for a free meal
so we need an exterminator and those guys don't come cheap they need to visit on a regular basis
and when you ask them if this will get rid of the vermin they always laugh and shake their head and say no no sadly not.
We need ot visit a least once a week just to keep things under control At $300 a time

Second - Lost - you apparently dont know that much about NY. Yes, there are rats, mice and cockroaches. You dont hire someone every week, You keep the kitchen as clean as you can, Inspectors come and inspect often.
Yes, we will need insurance, etc, but we must build the restaurant first One thing at a time.
