I remember a very overweight guy saying that you don't need the drink and the drugs or tobacco but a food addict still needs to eat. Its the stopping that is the hard part.
maybe fast food joints will become like the speakeasy's of the prohibition era.

Its puzzling that the customers don't care ? That's the nature of addiction "this is defiantly my last drink"
until the craving starts and out you go to buy more Booze or cigarettes whatever.
We can stop smoking forever Not so with food!
