Youngsters seem to burn off the calories at a higher rate if you look at a child of 10 say even when sitting down are constantly moving about and getting up and moving in some way and burning the calories
If Scientists could take the calories out of food like a no cal apple pie and cream that tasted the same

I think you're right about the lifestyle change with diet. It has to be a permanent thing. I DO wish I had the metabolism of a skinny person!
Why does it have to be so hard?
I was discussing, it with a friend of mine, and his wife who is a bit overweight.
He ventured that the reason she was overweight was because she was sitting on her crack all day.
Now he's been banned from the bedroom!
The truth can be painful
But diplomacy was never his strong point.
