I was reading the comments on the article and it really makes me so mad that people are still - in this day and age - blaming the person who is over-weight or obese and saying eat less and exercise more and you will lose weight, don't they think that most of us try to do that? For some of us it just isn't that simple.
How judgemental and uninformed. Imagine they have the body fat of a pencil. Sometimes my computer is lucky to survive when I read things like that.
I was looking in the library at all the diet books it crazy the shelves are full of them from the Banana diet through to grapefruit
I Bet I could dream up some absolutely outlandish diet system to write a book about. Some thing appealing like the Maple syrup diet (MSD) for short!
But nice thought and I get your point totally. It is a billion dollar business around the world.
Sounds like you are eating really well, Vernon and keeping your sugars low too. Just dont get so weak that you cant do anything. Eat your snacks and meals to stop that from happening. huggs
We had lots of moss in our lakes when I lived in Ontario, Vernon. It isnt the same as seaweed. Moss is green and is rooted to the ground, usually. We used to find it mostly in the bush. Seaweed looks more like spinach and is slimy in the water. You wouldnt like it <G>
I bet you wish you would have had some of that birthday cake, Vernon and it is too bad that you couldnt have had a tiny piece. What is a birthday without birthday cake, i ask you!
