I steam carrots and potatoes together and season them. Wonderful
Corn is great in a steamer (on the cob) which I don't eat now. Broccoli and everything. I think you will like it is it is a good steamer!!
Are you talking about the Bamboo steamer??? Someone gave that to me I didn't care for it as much as I do the electric steamer. It had 3 tiers also, water place, seasoning place then basket for stuff to be steamed. Brussl sprouts are good to. Very tasty unlike when in water!
I dry my lettuce by hand so I don't know about the spinner?? Let us know...Good luck Chef Lost!!!!!
Good Luck with the crock pot. I am sure you will love it. Just dump the stuff in and forget about it.
I know what you mean about yo yo dieting. I guess it seems so easy to put weight on, because you are enjoying yourself, but when you have to lose, you are not.
I think there is something with the clothing industry. I mean, what the heck is size 0?? I cant figure that one out at all. and one day you are one size and the next day a size smaller or a size bigger and you haveng gained or lost a pound.. now what is THAT about? LOL
Usually do wear pants with some type of spandex in them, more comfortable and my legs are skinny but my waistline is bigger, so spandex is usually the only way to go for me. Unless I wanted to buy something that I could fit 'four legs' into one, oh well.
Oh yeah, this was about the 'new gadgets'. I did get a steamer for Christmas and haven't even opened the box yet-need to try it out, for sure. Bought a 'chopper' as I get tired of chopping little 'add-ons' to whatever I am eating. Have an old blender that does a good job, but is quite heavy, and with RA, most of the time too much to handle.
Not enough counter space for all my gadgets so blender is usually in a cabinet, no so easily accessible.
How did we go from steamers and crocks to spandex??????
I think a size 0 is nothing.. so if you are nothing, you arent even alive.. what a stupid size!
What the heck is a Mu Mu? Sounds like something a cow would say!
A mu mu is probably the most comfortable item to wear. They originated in Hawaii - they're loose to the floor things you where around the house and I LOVE them or to the supermarket in the summer, If I knew how to sew I would make a slew of them.
Extra small, I can see.. but a size zero? That is like saying.. I dont take a size LOL
CANT BELIEVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF A MU MU. A COW GOES MOO MOO. ITS NOT REALLY A DRESS BUT I CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY NOW. PEOPLE BRING THEM BACK FROM HAWAII - THEY'RE GORGEOUS FROM THERE AND VERY EXPENSIVE
A Mu Mu is something we wore in Hawaii infact that is all they wear most of the time. A shift maybe but long to the ground. In the summer I make short sleeve short one which is what they wear now but all decorated on the top with beads and such and short. Like all thes tops they have out now that to me look like maternity tops no waist or anything just gobs of material gathered and hanging around you. Now I can't wear them because they do make look pregnet. I think you have to be smaller or very careful picking these types of tops out now. Mine are not like that to old for that stuff, not beads I like them but not so many.
My daughters friends were also a o in clothes. I used to say Barbie clothes. I was never that small.
GLAD SOMEONE ELSE HEARD OF A SIZE 0. YES IT DOES EXIST AND SAKS FIFTH AVENUE HAS A LOT OF THEM.
