have you done any research in this area its not far from Pelham so its got the subway.
We can't price our meals al Michelin 5 star restaurant these are times of prudence No one has any cash to throw around
unless we can attract the Wall St spives!
We are not paying rent. We obtained the land the CEO gave me and now we are building on that property. Our restaurant will not be exhorbitant but it wont be as cheap as McDonald's either. Believe it or not, restaurants all over NY are crowded.
Rent in Manhattan is horrendous but if you cant afford it, you dont live there,
being a poor English chap
If he just has a plot of land, that will be OK I can ask Don T to put up a small tower block for me to use when on a visit.
I guess he is cruising around the Bahamas on the Co ship Maybe I could book up for a go
but I will need an advance of spending money as I hear it is horrendously expensive there
I need a company credit card with about a $100.000 loaded on
I said vacation but as always it was work related.
