Get prepared (Hurricane Emergency "Kit") and hunker down. Be safe and take heed to warnings. Hope it dissipates and moves out fast. Take care (I'm fromn Louisiana so we stay as prepared as we can and we take it seriously). Be sure to have any meds, personal items, flash lights/batteries, canned foods, water for a week, weather radio, a good book, charger and phone charged.

Doesn't anyone have any news about how Unicorn is doing, I would love to hear how she's doing although I haven't forgotten about how Hoops is doing, I still love this place of friendship, but would love them to be able to come back soon since they are missed. Stuffie hugs for both of them!

No more news from Unicorn or Hoops. Unicorn's area was one of the hardest hit. She was very near the beach. My prayers are with her for sure. I'm worried about Chesty too!

It was just about two days ago when I saw a sign which said, "Lordy Lordy, Look whose forty". It somehow reminded me of Unicorn or Hoops and I took the time to pray for the two of them. It was Unicorn who said something to the point I shouldn't worry about him so I am not as concerned although I still miss him a lot and his absense if felt when I come here, I know he hasn't forgotten about all of us and his friendship is missed although not in my heart since a friend loveth at all times and I am sure this is a time of adversity.

When I saw a cover of MAD magazine, it had his picture and that made me miss him more.
