I bet some people still have a copy from the first time around. I read in the papers that it was all that exercising
that messed up her hips and knees in the first place!

Jane Fonda brings out exercise DVD at 72 aimed at babyboomers

After undergoing both hip and knee replacements Jane Fonda is launching an exercise DVD at the age of 72 aimed at the babyboomer generation.

I have not heard of this particular one here but I do know that many exercises - including jogging - can do quite a bit of damage to the body. I knew there was a reason I never went into that sort of activity.

And Jane Fonda is a little bit older than the Baby Boomer generation at 72. I barely make it at 64.

I rode horses most of my life, and I can really feel it in my knees and hips now too.
I never was a jogger. I heard a long time ago that jogging wasnt good for women.
