All I knew about Big Mac was the Calories, Fat and I had no clue they had Vitamins in it, so although you have to be careful with the calories, this shows there are redeamining values in the big mac health wise. Thank-you very much for sharing, I will go to this site when I am able to do so, opened my eyes to how even bad foods can have something healthy in them. I wouldn't get them to add the Mayo or catsup and I would get more salad in it and although it would costs more, this would be more of what I would enjoy. I haven't had a big mac in many moons.
