A support group for individuals with Type2 diabetes. Encouragement, empathy, advice, and personal experiences from members dealing with the illness. A friendly environment with compassion and support as our main objective.
No neither have I but the USA and the UK have some of the highest prison population. If one had occasion to be detained I suppose you would have a diabetic diet inside, its seem;s to be so widespread now I guess they have a diabetic wing
Just thinking how hard it can be to keep checking at home it must be difficult to control blood glucose if your banged up.
I have heard of prisoners getting much better medical care than people outside because to deny a prisoner medical care is to infringe their human rights
Something not always affordable on the outside,
The prisoners are very overcrowded here and in some open prisons the inmate came leave in the day and just report back at night, its like a free hotel Many of the inmates don't want to Leave

Just a little joke Lol On Tv when they talk about it they say they don't get the treatment they need, I think it depends where you are? Don't know and don't ever want to find out.
