Ok - the land has been approved and I've proceeded and hired the construction company. They will begin preparing the ground and start construction very shortly.

Well they must acquire all the pertinent permits and we will need funds to bribe the building inspection officials:)
Excuse me to contribute to their retirement fund.

The permits have been obtained and there will not be any building inspections until there's a building.

We have to submit the plans to the Engineering and Building Standards Department for approval ;-))
