I was reading about a diabetic drug, called irugulazide not the correct spelling, its injectable and help the body make or use insulin more efficiently.
The makers are doing trials to use it as a slimming drug most of the people in the trials lost weight over a 6 month period.
The latest I hear about over here is the over fifties are getting fatter and many people over fifty visiting doctors are at least 20lb over weight.
I am in this category its only when I saw a home movie with myself in it and looking sideways I realized how big the belly was and yet when you look in the mirror font on it don't look too bad
So my advise is don't ever turn and look side ways on or jump on those scales too often and you'll have less to stress about

All those NY diet magazines are printing the same old stuff
One of the celebs over here has a diet of 6 boiled eggs a day for every 3 days in a week for one month
and the weight just falls off
Toss in some vitamins pills and it may be OK. But after a diet its difficult, not to start making up for the food deficit by scoffing the bad stuff.
I;m off to the gym and for a swim to get into the swing of things for the N/Year
then save it or just print it off

just go to the start menu and then all programs and then accessories then word pad right click on it and then select to pin to start menu and it will be on the start menu for a copy and paste or just to write and print any letters or notes

I would say google has done more than Microsoft in developing a fast web browser
New small computers so cheap they can be implanted in all kinds of things are on the horizon they may turn out to be more of a menace than a blessing
a time when any idea of privacy is gone' You can now buy a tie pin with a camera and microphone which can send photos to any modern mobile phone
We need guard our free speech, these devices in the hands of dictators could lead to new type witch hunts
I don't trust our politicians to be other than useless in these things
