I know this is repetitive but just had my blood work done and once again my A1C was good - 6.2, I still maintain its the chromium. Before taking it my A1C was 7.1 and creeping up. Then 6.5, 6.4, 6.0, 6,0, 6.3, 6.2. My eating habits have not changed.

Those Chromium tabs seems to be doing the business

I've been Dropping them and the Green Coffee for a month and seem to be having a good Trip so far
No bad vibes

So i hope to be coming Down from my high at my next check

Guess I need to go out a score some more for my stash before they start banning them

TCOB Unicorn, your wonderful news sure has blessed my heart a lot and not just because the Chromium is working, but because most importantly because your A1C is coming down, I am blessed hearing this news. It might or could be repeated here which is what I am going to share next. Keep sharing Unicorn, I love it!!!

Once again you have encouraged me and for this I am grateful. Lost, I notice you aren't getting any messages anymore, please someone here share with me you know what I mean and it's tongue in cheek. If it was not you Lost, that's okay with me, I just know I am on a good track for sure I hope.

I only hope the chromium doesnt ruin my kidneys. I;ve been taking it for about a year now and so far so good.

Unicorn, just do what I do, take a small amount or what you do and I am sure there are other things which will lower the possible chances, just do what you can, we care about me and that does mean all of us. I hope that Hoops is back soon since I sure miss him, he's a blessing to my heart as all of you do for me too.

You're on your own on this one because kidneys CAN be affected, My dr said there are patients of his that swear by it so I guess I'm not the only one looking on the internet for a way to lower BS..
