I read that for a diabetic B/P should ideally be under 130/80
I was always under 120 but last few months it has been creeping up
anyone here taking the blood pressure meds? I don't want to start another tablet but always reading about the danger of high B/P.
am keeping a log of it for a week and will take to the Doc for assessment.
maybe upping the exercise can help and trying to loose 20lb don't take extra salt don't drink of smoke

So if its time to start taking a tablet , I'll just have to swallow it and hope there an no side effects!
