I disagree with part of that article. They say eating apple pie with cinnamon doesnt raise blood sugar, Wrong, I've tried it - up up and away.

Also they say that older people do not benefit from cinnamon, I take a combo pill or cinnamon/chromium in addiiton to chromium on its own, The chromium lowerd my A1C but its dangerous - can cause kidney problems,

I steer clear of pie most of the time...or try to!

I think it is Dr Oz says adding Cinnamon to your coffee is a great deal, I haven't tried and it's great with Stevia although if I have tried this combination I don't remember this, has anyone ever tried this combination?
