Bought this in Trade Joe to try to bread fish or chicken with it. Well, I wasted my money. Even mixed with parm. cheese it doesnt stick to food. Looked it up online and its used basically for baking. Anyone have experience using this for cooking ?

Has only 5 g carbs in 1/2 cup so its very low but dont think you can use it to cook - unfortunately.

I've seen a lot of recipes using it for baking....but we can't have cakes and cookies. I did see a recipe for pancakes.

I've never been to a Walmart - none around here but I bet I can find something in the supermarket.
