Thanks lostonrye.. this is very interesting with lots of ideas from many different people. I would use lemon juice too, lostonrye.. I just cant do the vinegar thing either :)

I like a hot fresh lemon and ginger drink the fresh ginger takes the slightly acid lemon taste away
makes a change from Tea or Coffee

Its Freezing in London how about Canada is it snowing yet ? No blizzards I hope
Whats happened to Vernon,? Its not Hurricane weather down there again is it!

Yes! It is freezing here too! High of -22 C.. and a blizard and more snow and even colder weather coming for the weekend. I guess we are paying for the beautiful November we had.

It does sound like a nice drink.. Do you use ginger ale for the ginger?

I dont think Vernons computer is working, poor guy... I sure HOPE there isnt another hurricane there!
