Lost.. your blood sugar will always be higher, the less you eat. It is also higher after exertion sometimes. I drop after exeretion, but many have higher and then drop. If you exercise and then eat, I bet you will find your numbers drop. You HAVE to eat in order for your sugars to go down. So much so, in fact, that I take a snack to bed and when I wake up in the middle of the night (which I always do) I have a few grapes or strawberries or something to stop that long period of fast. I find my sugars much lower in the morning if I do this. Give it a try and let me know how eating helps you. I want to know!
I did not know that not eating raised the blood glucose I will try eating some low glycemic food at night
