I have a 9 or 10 year old Cat and he has stopped eating and drinking. Tests showed no cancer and the Vet put him on a gastrointestinal diet for Irritable Bowel and it worked for about 6 months. Then he starting not eating or drinking again and she had me give him a quarter of a Pepsid everyday and it worked. Now he will not eat or drink again and the Pepsid is not working. He is throwing up and I can't get him into the vet until tomorrow afternoon. He is licking the floor by my stove and acting really strange. He is not lethargic. Has anyone ever had this happen? any suggestions are appreciated
