I was looking for some suggestions for my grand daughters first birthday. I would like to bring her over to my house and Alter maybe and have her blessed by the Goddess..Protection, strength, long healthy life...that sort of thing..Not really sure how to go about it and I cant find any ideas in my books or online.

First and foremost, will her parents approve? If so, then I would suggest doing a Google search for "wiccaning." That should give you some ideas....
