Hi Dilli, What do you think about taking that day to honor his memory?Like, go to his favorite place for breakfast, order his favorite thing. Do something that would bring up good memories. Keep a box of tissues with you at all time. If you work, could you take the day off? It is going to be somber day theres no doubt, just feel the feelings, work your way through them and just do things that help you can feel your dads love all around you. hug to you, Marge

Hiya Dilli,
It is hard to know what advice to give about coping, as we all cope so very differently, and are all in different stages of the grieving process.
If it would help, plant something at your hose in his honor... a tree, shrub, or plant. Even have a little dedication ceremony if you want to.
Wishing you strengthand peace as you move toward that special day.
