Cutters Have Feelings Too Community Group
Im tired of people classifying people that cut as emo or attentionseekers! Heres a group that we can all be friends and help each other achieve our goals!
I haven't been on here in a very long time but I really don't know how to deal with my emotions and not cut right now, I just found out my friends 11yr old is in the PICU with bleeding on her brain following a high fever. I'm currently in rehab thousands of miles away from her and feel so helpless right now. I want to cut so badly but if I do I get kicked out of rehab and go back to jail. I've been clean 262 days now and haven't cut in 10 days. I'm doing better in this rehab but it's hard when they just don't get it they expect me to stop cutting and just exercise when I'm upset but that doesn't work for me. I've been snapping a rubber band on my wrist but it's not working right now and I can't calm down I need help!

I am very sorry to hear your pain. I do know the feeling. I have 3 days harm fee right now. At the end of last month I had 3 weeks free. Then I let my feelings get to me. I have a great therapist. She reminded me. Even though I am a cutter. That does not make me who I am. I have decided to fight to bring myself back to me. For me. I have to look at even the small things in my life. The ones that make me smile and not feel bad. They are out there. I just have to put the effort in it to find them. I will send prayers to my higher power for you.
