I was diagnosed last year with Cushing's Disease. It is unknown how long I've had it because it was masked by multiple other conditions including type 1 diabetes. December 2016 I broke my hip and it was finally asked why a 29 yr old broke a hip by falling over. So in the matter of a year I was diagnosed and just had the tumor removed from my pituitary gland December 11th. I am looking for someone who is post op Cushing's Disease (not just syndrome) who I can just turn to I guess who isn't a doctor lol. So much is going on and I'm flying blind. I need a Cushing's big bro/sis just someone who I can ask various things and be like is this like a real thing that happens during recovery. I have family support but we all know that unless it happens to them they just won:t completely understand. I apologize if I'm using this forum wrong. I was trying to find a support chat room and found this. Biggest struggle right now is the replacement steroids.... Roid rage is more like roid cries, and the insomnia is just boring.
