This photo is excellent. I love stuff like this because it's shared by people that aren't giving up. It's important never to give up and stay strong.
When it comes to photo size, that should not be that hard. I think that this forum will let you use any size you want, and they will resize it the way they need it. The problem with this is that the photo you share will lose a lot of quality. I hate when that happens because I know how good the photo was when it was taken. That is why I resize images before uploading them somewhere. I use https://depositphotos.com/upscaler.html to do it, and it works well.
