I didn't mean to sound politically correct....I just wanna tell this one to my mail carrier and want to get it right :)
Plus I did want to know if there really is a paternal twin.

I've come to the conclusion that a paternal twin is someone who looks like you, but are not related in any way!
My friends tell me they have spotted my evil twin on many occasion.....I told them to lay off the sauce!!!!!

Idozy1 ~ no no.....I was thinking others may think I was coming off as trying to be politically correct. I just had never heard of a paternal twin (thought maybe I fell asleep in health class.....many moons ago...lol).

I am with you MsBlank, those medical terms are very hard to spell and pronounce. I refer to mine as, night pill, tummy pill, heart pill, I have my own way and Dr. Dreamy understands me.
