Oh Ima , There is only a few here now. It may get better, but will never be the same. I think any site is sort of like this format. Please dont leave!
I asked about pictures and avies ...Got this reply....Member photos have been moved over to the new database; however, the site developers are still building the gallery so that members can view and upload more photos.
but no answer about avies.

I'm hoping that DS does fix this. They were supposed to shut the site down for 10 days, I wish they had, so it would work when they opened it. Anyway, I think they are trying and hope they fix it, otherwise I feel we will lose lots of good people who depended on this site for support.

they wont find the old format anywhere, they all are sort of like this.

I have not seen any support groups that have the old format , there is supportgroup I looked at was just groups for different things like this one but no sub group like this one has. but not very active

I found this from sambod just in case someone still is finding trouble log in...any members on here that you may have contact thru some other method and they cannot get in and have requested a password reset, tell them to check their email and look in the spam folder. If there is a password reset from sharecare in there, they have to MOVE that email from the spam folder to their inbox. clicking reset password button while in the spam folder will not work.

some of this is our fault, they said they would send a email when the site was ready, I just got mine today. I think some like me were trying to use it before they intended for anyone to do so. wish they would have just shut it down .

Imarighter= thank you for updating us about granny. I have my hopes that grannie will find a sight that we can all meet at....Please make sure new site has a link that ALL can find & follow when grannie does find one.
I have looked around for other sites, but I will now wait for grannie as I know she will give it her all to get us back together.

Puffy Chestnut here. I'm still having lots of trouble here. Never have been able to re activate my original acct. It refuses my email and password. I hope all these glitches get fixed before it destroys our little group. I would miss all of you a great deal. I wonder if having a group page on facebook might be one thing to consider. I've resisted joining facebook but this is making me finally consider it. I'm not computer illiterate and DS said this change would be simple. What a joke. And, give us back our avatars.

wow Puff, did you have to make up a new one? if you try to reset your password . if it comes to spam , you have to move to inbox . did you try to reset you password?

oh you have to click on forgot pass first the they send email......

I do hope our little group doesn't fall apart. I think we are just going to have to give things a few days to be fixed. I still can't even get my old account. This is a new one and it won't let me in most of the time it just keeps rejecting my email and password until it decides to work. It has me frustrated and tired. Hugs to all of you.
