My Doc wants me to walk 30 minutes, 3 times a week....I am trying....

My Aqua Fit ended today, the pool closes in 2 weeks, I know I won't go to the YWCA in the winter to swim. I joined the low impact seniors exercise class again, that's enough for me.
Grannie, as you read in that article, you'd be surprised how much you walk in the house, steps. I wouldn't mind the watch to check.

Does the time walking to and from the bathroom count? Maybe I'm exercising too much.

I average between 5000 and 8000 steps a day. It all adds up. LOL.

Downloaded goggle fit on my phone a couple months ago. Wanted to see just how many steps it was from couch to bath room.
