If your O2 is OK then you may want to get it looked at...

I have black floaters, some are caused as you age, since I had eye surgery and have glaucoma I have more black floaters, very annoying, but harmless. Some are caused by other problems, holding your breath just might raise the pressure in you eyes, if it happens often mention it to the Doc.
When we hold our breath it can trigger the vasovagal response sometimes.. esp. if we're a bit low on O2 like Denny said... as long as you didn't also have any associated chest pains ,etc. maybe sit down when your using the inhalers and take a couple of good breaths before using... sorry.. it is scary!
Chest pains get those when i exert myself. Also notice when meds are wearing off. Do believe i was feeling a little tight and hurting before taking meds when it happened.
