GW, I don't have a typical meal for any day of the week. I just see what I have and what I feel like eating. I vacuum seal so have all kinds of meats in the freezer.

I plan to get a deep freezer this winter so I can stockpile meat and stuff. Home Depot has them really cheap right now. I don't make certain things certain nights of the week either. But I do cook different at the beginning of my work week, my days off, and the end of the week.
Tuesdays are easy food, Fridays are almost always pizza. Wednesday I'm off so I do crock pot stuff so I can get work or errand running done. Sunday we all have breakfast together. I do pasta alot on Thursday.

Leftover Chili tonight. I like to make something that last a few days.

Freezer is an excellent idea. Mine is full for the next coming months.

Yes, Turkey is it!. Recently it is cheaper then chicken.

Some stores carry turkey legs year round that are very cheap and make great turkey noodles, turkey rice soup, turkey and dumplings, you name it!
Btw my mom made deer roast for Tuesday dinner.
