When I was in junior high school, my younger brother, who was in grade school, and i got some walkie talkies for Christmas. At first we didn't know what the heck these thing were, because back in the ancient times with a B&W TV and dial phones with cords, anything electronic was new. Well, after we put in the batteries and found out what we actually had, we went out to play with them as the snow was falling and the wind whipping around. We must have played witht hose things for hours, talking to one another and listening to the other signals coming in. What a fun Christmas that was! My little bro has passed on, and I will never forget that wonderful Christmas with him when we were kids.
