YES, THE COP WAS ON DUTY IN HIS PATROL CAR, HE WAS ON A RUN, (NOT A PRIORITY RUN, NO NEED FOR HIS LIGHTS AND SUCH), HE HIT 3 BIKERS, WHO WERE SITTING STILL AT A STOP LIGHT, KILLING ONE OF THEM, AND CRITICALLY INJURING THE OTHERS, COME TO FIND OUT HE WAS DRUNK, YES, ON DUTY AND DRUNK DRIVING, BUT THE CHARGES ARE BEING DROPPED BECAUSE, THE PERSON WHO DID THE BLOOD TEST WAS NOT CERTIFIED...............
