Many of these describe here too..but that 'brat' one has me stumped????

I've never understood the above. I wouldn't want a hunter mistaking a deer in my yard.
I know #19 to be true. If you don't go at least 80, you'll be hit from behind. Then you hit Ohio where they pull everybody over.
Also in Indiana, even tho # 19 is true, there are signs all over the place talking about all the radar they have, even in the air.
