Clarity Community Group
This group originally had been formed to lend support and to have open discussion on the topic of dissociation. We have since opened up to all aspects of PTSD, BPD, DID, BIP, Depression, etc. Basically our group is a safe supportive (non judgemental) place for open discussion on any somewhat related topic. We do not discriminate. We consider ourselves to be...
I hope you feel better soon.
Hugs to you.
he wouldn't want you to end it, or stop enjoying your life, I bet he would and does want to see you happy again enjoying the rest of your time here. I've lost some pretty close people and I know it's extremely hard to move on, but at some point you have to start letting them go in order to give yourself peace of mind.
you take your time but don't think suicidal, just know what you feel is normal and has to happen in order to heal. Got you in my prayers, take care of you! =)
Please consider the scope of all the people who you touch...that your touch being absent will harm.
There's a thought process, based in fantasy, based in personal trauma and denigration...coupled with Emotional Deprivation....that will conspire to make you think you want to commit suicide.
What you want is care and compassion. You may feel too ashamed to ask for it directly from others...and you may be a "self-sacrificer" that does and does for people until she's exhausted in hopes of getting her own needs met in a secondary fashion.
Just something for you to think about.
