22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
So, that is what I am believing. The more I press into the Word, the more the enemy has attacked. But I know that I know God's Word is true. So I thank him daily for healing me despite circumstances.
I am si glad the hot discussion on the other group opened up people to visit this group. Thankyou and bess you I hope we can all be a support to one another.
It is not only a blessing for those that read & comment but those who come & the words may make them question anything in their lives & thoughts.
Think of this whoever comments or writes & please continue to quote what helps you etc.
I did have a passage that helps me but can't remember the reference, it was basically that in his (God's) strength no burdens are too heavy & he would hold all of them. I know in his strength nothing is impossible.
If you know what the verse is I would appreciate it. I have had major memory loss due to major surgeries & medications which are very strong.
But this isn't about what we can bear. What Paul is saying is that they thought we were finished couldn’t handle it because it was beyond their own strength. And he says this to remind us that we should have confidence in God and not in ourselves. Our trials and sufferings are not a measure of how much we can bear and they are not tests sent by God to us, but rather places in which we encounter God.
So, a year ago I pressed in. determined to not get beaten down. I learned that disease is of the enemy. I was reminded Jesus is the same, yesterday, today, and forever. I learned God's will concerning healing and my faith has grown. The Joy of the Lord is my strength, I can do all things through Christ, Miracles are for today to, and he is my strength. I also learned that disease is of the enemy and came with the fall of Man. So daily I rebuke the MS that is in my body illegally and claim my healing according to 1 peter 2:24 and many other passages. The Word can not lie.
I am so glad to find you and connect more. I have tons on healing and the word. I am walking by faith and not by sight. Standing on God's promises for healing!
Satan means the accuser. Satan knows in the end he will loose, and his goal is to take as many souls to hell as he can. He will accuse, he will attack and he will destroy as long as we let him. Being a follower of Christ means we have the ability to control what God has given us dominion over. Our bodies might not always be under our control but how we react to what our bodies do is. Being alive isn't easy. It's not supposed to be. We are living proof that we can do all things thru Christ who strengthens us.
