Hi everyone,
Please read my journal & you will understand what I am saying. I dont know how to send a message to friends to let them know I have put an entry in, if you are here & not on my friends list please just send me a thingy so I can add you.
I am still struggling a lot emotionaly as well as physically & very scared of what next.
Please pray for speedy action from the dr's & that nothing serious is wrong too.
Thanks
Sue

Have had a crappy day today with bad fatigue, migraine, aching everywhere, no bladder or bowel control & feeling like I was going to cry all day. Think the stress is getting to me from Friday. During the night woke up with a wet pillow. I need to get control of myself again & quickly.

I asbolutely "get" these days, AUSSUE - you have so much going on - the stress of everything!!! Maybe it's not the best advice - but I find that sometimes I can't just "get with it" or ignore it - stuffing it down usually makes it come out in me some other way - whether it's with worse MS symptoms or me barking at someone for no reason. Let yourself do the crying - and pray - and pray for the strength that we know only GOD can provide. Just remember "I AM THE LORD, THE GOD OF ALL MANKIND, IS THERE ANYTHING TOO HARD FOR ME?" Jer 32:27 Let him have it - I have to make myself actually invision my worrires and stress in my "arms" and hand them "up" to him - I'm not saying things will magically be OK - but sometimes it gives me a little peace that I didn't have before. Don't be too hard on yourself for being a little out of control (in your own opinion) I told my family when my son left NOT to expect any calls from me - or to expect me to do anything worth-while. I was taking my crying days like it or not - I spent a few (more than a few) days on the couch with my head covered up - just crying my heart out - then sleeping a little - then starting all over again. About day three it seems things got a little better - or I was all "cried out". I say, take the time you need - you have some pretty serious things to get ruled out - and it's normal to be worried. I pray for healing from GOD and peace for your heart. Christine

Thanks Christine. I wish I could do that - just cry it all out, but I dont seem to be able to do that. I ended up reading a "Barbara Johnson" book which always gives me a laugh. Last night I started coughing again & today I have another migraine, coughing & aching all over. I have had enough of this virus & it feels like I am getting it all over again. Luckily I have today off work.
