My good fit therapist gave me this song on the day I "graduated" after two years of intensive therapy to maintenance therapy.

Even when I was at my lowest low, the message of this song was true for me, and for many others. It is one thing to hear the words. When the deep down BELIEF comes, then comes the healing.

We are all better and more than our yesterdays.

Thanks for sharing this great song. I send you a prayer that you will have what it takes to "maintain" what you have fought so hard in therapy to achieve. To get here, you have done some hard work.

And I know. I am here because I have been there.
