Christian Support Group Community Group
This is a place for everyone who loves Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (or those who are seeking Him), to come and discuss important issues in their lives and find support from fellow believers in regards to their faith and life. We uphold the Bible and living a Christ-like life, not as a way to heaven, but as a reflection of our love for God.

We must remember there are many stages in leading someone to salvation. Much like planting seeds.
There is the planting, or introducing someone to the lord.
There is nourishing and watering, showing the Lord through your life and words.
Then, harvesting the fruit of the labor. Directly leading someone to Christ.
Then, there is the upkeep of the land to do it again. Or, the continuing encouragement to the young Christian so they may be able to help in the planting, nourishing, and harvest of others.
Just a thought.
“How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?” 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.” Romans 10:14-17
One of the ways I have always reached out to the lost, despite being disabled the last 20 years, is by going into the main forums and FB or other social media, getting to know people and giving my testimony. DS used to have a rule, you could not proselytize, but you could say how “religion” has helped you. (Well, I don’t know if “religion” has helped, but Jesus Christ sure has changed my life in every way!). Not sure if that has changed in the RoR. But, certainly, we do need to branch out of just these Christian forums and spend time getting to know the lost, to share the gospel with them.
(And for anyone who doesn’t know, I am the Founder of this forum. I would not like to see it empty, unless it was because everyone was out there bringing people to Christ! That would be just awesome, and then to meet those people one day in eternity. )
