Hi Folks, heading of to Bisti New Mexico on a mission trip to the Navajo Reservation this sunday the 19th. I ask that you guys send a couple up for our group. I am feeling a little apprehensive as we all at times wonder if we are strong enough to carry his light to others. I do know I was called to go. I pray to let the light shine through me. There are 13 of us going. We will be working with the community kids and building a new community center. We are staying in the local church and eating with the congregation. I do believe it will be an eye opening and rewarding time!

While you are sending one for that I would also ask that one be sent for the Verizon bargaining going on now. If they do not reach an agreement we will probably be on strike when I get back. I do not want that to happen but whatever happens it's all in the plan. I have been praying for both sides that cooler heads will prevail. Have been praying for the CEO that he reconsider his idea to take away half of our pension as folks like me have been planning our lives around that. It is scary but I know the Lord will hang with me and be with me no matter what happens.
