I would like to praise God for my relationship with my son's is getting better and their dad has been leaving me alone. I'm reading the Bible every chance I get. I want a closer relationship with God.
What kind of reading plan are you on? We need to study the Bible, but it is also very important to systematically work through the Bible. I try and read the Bible through once every year.
The plan I have been using for many years is 3 chapters of the OT and 1 of the NT every day. That gets you through the Bible in a year.
However, I just changed this year to reading 3 chapters of the NT and I have really benefitted. However, that means I have read the NT three times through.
