I will be praying for you. Do you take any anti-anxiety meds? I am taking Clonazepam right now to help me get through this. You might want to see your pdoc and add it to your cocktail. If not, I always meditate on God's word when I am anxious. Something like "Peace be still" or "My peace I give you." Just say it as a breath prayer, in breath "Peace" out breath "Be still" and focus on the One who said it - Jesus Christ, and remember he sent the Comforter to fill your heart with peace.

I tend to worry about anything new that I'm doing and I'm starting to realize that I care way too much about what others think of me. So many scriptures lately have been teaching me that I shouldn't worry so much about what people think, but to just care about what God thinks. God will love you even if you make a mistake. Also, most new people make some mistakes, so maybe it would help you to shoot for 90% instead of 100%. These are thoughts that have helped me to not worry as much. The year I took Valium it helped me not be anxious, but made me too sleepy. It was a real treat to not worry about all of the small stuff.
