Yesterday I pushed myself on the treadmill and my lower back is in spasms now. I can barely stand up. Please pray for the Lord to heal me quicklly. I really don'[t have to money to go to the doctor. Thanks everyone.

Dear becky, Sorry you're back is in spasm. I have a lot of spasms due to fibromyalgia, and I've read that an icepack helps get rid of a spasm. Sometimes heat makes things worse, even though heat feels nicer. If you haven't tried an icepack, just put it on for 15 minutes. I'm hoping this will give you some relief and help break up the spasm. You can do this several times a day if it helps. I will pray for you to feel much better as the day goes on. God bless you, and thanks for being a part of our group. Judy

I hope the pain has subsided. Do you have someone who could drive you to a low income clinic?
A shot might help. I am going to pray that our almighty God intervenes and stops this horrid pain and calm and peace desend upon you. I will pray this in Jesus's name.
