For years I didn't think that my life could amount to more than the broken parts of my body. Granted I have done a few things that may have made a difference in a few lives. But I may have a chance to do something bigger than myself. But the cost will be great. It will cost my privacy, my reputation, everything. I will once again be a pariah in the small town I live in and bring great shame to my daughter and grandkids. I am asking God if it is worth it. If possibly changing laws and helping hundreds of others is worth the lives of my family. Me alone, I have no problem. I would do it in a heartbeat. But my loved ones? I just don't know. Please pray for me.
