You may want to try adding some benadryl , two will make you sleepy , but they are OTC, and seem safe.I have added them to my regular meds many times to help myself sleep.I will also say a prayer for you.

I have huge issues with not being able to sleep. I suffer from PTSD nightmares and sleep is very little. However, I don't do medications unless I have am in a corner. Medication to me is poison to the body. If you are over taking medication, you need to see a doctor or medical personal asap. You are risking your health. Be proactive and seek professional help.
