CHRISTIAN PARENTS of ESTRANGED ADULT CHILDREN Community Group
Estrangement makes it difficult to talk about with family, friends, neighbors and church members. Christians are NOT immune to broken families. Talk about your experiences with those who know how you feel and get positive support through your Christian faith...."In these last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self...disobedient to parents,...

How can you keep on with this? By taking it one hour at a time. Make a list of things that need to get done - no major projects though. Things like, polish the floor, or cook your favorite dish. Write down one good thing that God has done for you even if it is something back in your childhood and start adding to it like someone else said they did. If you are able to do so, read the book of John. I cannot read that book without my heart soaring a the magnificence of our Savior God.
And, you know without my saying it that we are here for you and we care tremendously for you and what you are going through.
