CHRISTIAN PARENTS of ESTRANGED ADULT CHILDREN Community Group
Estrangement makes it difficult to talk about with family, friends, neighbors and church members. Christians are NOT immune to broken families. Talk about your experiences with those who know how you feel and get positive support through your Christian faith...."In these last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self...disobedient to parents,...
Freedom to let God be God. He can do ALL things. I love what forgotten said on her post the other day. FAITH- Forwarding All Issues (including estrangement) To Heaven (or to Him).
Fast forward, she now regrets divorcing her first husband and has a new fiance who she is doing the same thing to. I want to say something but I've learned to bite my tongue. I almost want to tell the young fella "watch out!" But I know I can't. He would probably tell her I said that to him. To me, it is a prime example of how young people would benefit from our advice but you don't dare say certain things to them because it is "their life." Its almost like I can watch the second divorce unfolding. She is only 32 years old and has been blessed with two fantastic guys to marry! The Lord only gives you but so many chances like that to squander. I will pray.
