CHRISTIAN PARENTS of ESTRANGED ADULT CHILDREN Community Group
Estrangement makes it difficult to talk about with family, friends, neighbors and church members. Christians are NOT immune to broken families. Talk about your experiences with those who know how you feel and get positive support through your Christian faith...."In these last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self...disobedient to parents,...
My self esteem is in the garbage, however I know that God is mending my heart and I only have to believe what God says about me..and He thinks I'm special enough to die for!
We can stay positive by staying in the Word..and reading encouraging words such as these.
God bless everyone here.

My first visit with the new counselor ended with her telling me to have self-talks about what I KNOW to be truths in my life...where I live, my husband's name, the four-legged 'children' that love me and depend on me daily, etc. This runs along the same lines of thinking. Thank you Norske1
