I mean when I first went to live with my Daughter , and left my Sons dad he was determined I left them ? That i divorced them? it took a coupe of years with his wife in the middle working to repair our relationship because she could see what my son never could about his dad. finally we had a happy medium and we once again were mother and son .
he went as far as paying for me and my new husband to spend Christmas one year with them .
Today he has currently been diagnosed with a disease my Sister has . MS his is more aggressive . I happen to believe its nothing but demonic attack most disease is ...This and his being molested as a toddler by his dads brother {an older nephew adopted by his dads mom} He has a warped and twisted habit of hidden sex life that just came to light for all of us . his wife is beside herself and had he not gotten sick would still be living a double life. Never forget that Satan attacks us through our minds and will make desires and events that open doors a weapon. So I have been suggesting he meet with a christian counselor and get deliverance they are church attending believers.So today He will not have anything to do with me . {His demons are scared } I plead the blood of Jesus over them everyday and I wait . I will tell you that when you begin to pray over your environment ,city, state ,country and Israel ....You and everyone you know come under attack . I recently with in the last two years have prayed at targets and noticed the unrest among my family and friends . In the beginning of this estrangement I grieved it was new to me my baby boy shutting me out . but then I looked past myself and in the big picture He is being used to steal my peace and stop my prayer life .
At the end of the day We can not fix our children's ideas of us , every person has their own individual walk with God . we have to forgive the parent we were and become the parent God intended us to be . repent and renounce everything we subjected our children to and ask Jesus to deliver them . Once they are grown God alone can reach them where they have come to . what ever doors we open to the demonic could be effecting our grown kids now ...astrology ,Ouija board ,tarot cards ,runes ,good luck charms , music choices,yoga,meditation,new age crap, "demonic gates" You would be amazed at what Satan will use and from when he planted the seed. the demons of lust transfer from molestation's .... these are very real doorways .
Today my Son has zero contact with me . I love him dearly and will honor his choice but will pray for him because he just does not see what is really going on . discernment believers use it ask for it and trust God in all things your facing . its going to get worse we are approaching those days God warned us about . thank you .

Also I always ask myself this question, who benefits by believing that disease is not demonic? Satan does! Because then some believers take that belief a step too far and think that God does bad things to them and this drives them away from God when the bad thing happens. But most importantly, if satan gets the benefit from something, you can bet he's behind that belief!
When you tie God's spiritual law of sewing and reaping into this, then your example of multiple sex partners, which is our sewing to sin, and then reaping the consequences of disease from this sin the example of our bringing the disease to ourselves.
Satan wants us to be blind to the spiritual world around us that we can't see, and to keep so focused on the temporal that we do see, so that we do not realize that we need to be doing spiritual warfare with him. But this verse says this instead.... Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. This is what I believe Wazette was trying to remind us of in her post!
I do not know what we would do without our sovereign God.
